Can a get a person get a job at a bank if they have entered a pre-trial diversion program for retail theft?
There was never a conviction and the charges were later dismissed. Also the whole arrest was expunged and sealed. The job application asks if a person has ever been convicted, so for that its legal to say no. But, there is also a question about whether or not the person has ever entered into a pre-trial diversion program for retail theft. Can this be answered “No” since the whole issue was expunged??? Or, if answered “Yes” would a person be automatically disqualified for employment?
Banks do do a background check for employment, as do many companies these days. I would NOT answer the questions falsely as this would be a reason for not hiring you. If you answer the question truthfully, you can always elaborate about the question in your interview.

Cost is not an issue: When you weigh the difference in the amount of money saved in gas alone, by not having all that dead weight behind you against the cost of a cheap electric scooter, you can have your scooter paid for in just one trip. You can get a cheap electric scooter for as little as $150.00. With all the bells and whistles, the cost of a cheap electric scooter is no more than $250.00 – $350.00. How much does it cost to fill your tank up?
Overall, you can see how electric scooters are taking the RV world by storm. With the constant, unreliable prices of fuel, you canÂ’t accurately predict how much it is going to cost for your trip. Instead of wasting your money on fuel, you have options. The solution, get a cheap electric scooter and put that hard earned cash back in your pocket.
